We provide a “Sneak Peek” gallery within 48 hours. Final edited high-resolution photos and cinematic films are delivered via a private digital gallery within 4–6 weeks.
Yes. We use professional cellular bonding technology (combining multiple data networks) to ensure a 1080p lag-free stream, even if the venue’s Wi-Fi is unreliable.
Absolutely. Prior to the event, we’ll have a creative consultation to discuss your “must-have” shot list and preferred color grading style (e.g., moody, bright and airy, or true-to-life).

This group focuses on the energy, music, and technical production of your event.
We use an online planning portal where you can submit “Must Play” and “Do Not Play” lists. Our DJs are experts at reading the crowd, but your taste always sets the tone.
We are fully self-contained. Our standard setup includes a professional PA system, wireless microphones for speeches, and dance floor lighting. We can also provide “uplighting” to match your event’s color palette.
Yes. Our DJs handle all professional announcements—from grand entrances to cake cutting—ensuring your guests always know what’s happening next without being overbearing.

Bundling Photography, DJ, and Planning ensures a cohesive creative vision and eliminates the stress of managing five different vendors. Plus, we offer significant package discounts when you book three or more services.
Full Planning starts months out with vendor sourcing and design. Day-of Coordination begins about a month prior; we take over your vendor contacts and manage the timeline so you can actually enjoy your event.
A signed contract and a 25% retainer secure your date. We are fully insured with professional liability coverage, and we can send a Certificate of Insurance (COI) to your venue upon request.
